I know the one in the middle here is Cabomba, but what are the one's eaither side?

i have loads of plants but am no expert...i dont even use latin names :(
the last pic is wisteria//the first, maybe ludwigia? as for the two plants on the sides of the camboba, no idea, but they are nice..id like to know too and keep an eye out for them .theyd add some nice color to my planted betta tank :)
cheers

Not quite sure here, but I'll tell you what they look like in the interest of getting you some answers. I'm sure someone will be prompted to give you the correct IDs if they notice I'm wrong. :)

Top picture:
Looks like Ludwigia repens to me

Middle, from left to right:
Hygrophila corymbosa (I think), Cabomba, Alternanthera reineckii

Bottom:
Watersprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides)

Wisteria? Maybe it just looks different to the other stuff I've got because it's a younger plant?
I can go with Ludwigia on the first - it's very similar to the other ludwigia I've got, only that's the red one and this isn't (obviously LOL)

Cheers hun =)

And thanks for those Mr Bliss =)

wisteria grows 2 different leaves. the larger serrated ones in the picture you put up, and smaller more ovaly leaves with finer serrations around the edges. you can get both on the same plant.
looking forward to the "unknowns"...they have just enough color..lovely!
cheers

That last one is the only one I'm pretty sure about. Watersprite and water wisteria have similar leaves, but watersprite grows in a "rosette" shape (and loves to float) whereas wisteria is a stem plant. You'll often see one sold as the other in LFSs, and if you do a google image search for watersprite you'll see tons of wisteria pictures mixed in.

learn something new everyday :)
cheers

Ain't that the truth. Every day on these forums I seem to learn something new, or find out that I've been wrong about something in the hobby, even though I set up my first tank 24 years ago. :D
