Help with disease

I am dealing with a disease spreading through my community tank. It looks like white spots, bigger than ich. It is not responsive to malachite green, formalin,metroplex,kanamycin, or nitrofurazone, aeration, and lower temps. Susceptible fish have been rummy nose, cardinals, and emperor tetras. What the heck is this?
