Hello all.
I am having a bit of trouble. Nearly every fish/aquatic plant site I've been to, including http
/www.csd.net/~cgadd/aqua/art_plant_dosage_calc.htm says the density of KNO3 (potassium nitrate) is 5.6 g / tsp.
Sites such as Wikipedia and government haz mat sites list the density of KNO3 as 2.1 g / cm^3. Now there are about 4.9 cm^3 in a tsp. This means that the density of KNO3 would be about 10 g / tsp.
What's going on?
