Help White Spot On Lip!

one of my tetras has developed some type of white spot on his lip...kinda looks like a zit any idea on what it is? and what treatment is there for such things?

Would you be able to post a picture? Does it look cottony like?

Spots that present themselves like that are usually bacterial, can you issolate the fish for treatment.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
