A note on your original water stats. Your ammonia was zero and your nitrites high (should also be zero). If the fish is alredy feeling delicate then they are more adversely affected by elevated ammonia or nitrites. Also, nitrites come after ammonia, so even though your water tested clear for ammonia you will have had an ammonia spike in the lst few days.

Ammonia can cause gill damage and further suppress their immune systems, allowing other conditions to take hold.

A note on your stocking. Silver sharks need 6 foot tanks. Not 4 foot or 5 foot. Unless your mother has a big enough tank, try to sell them on or get them adopted by someone who does. They will hit 12 inches with ease and are scatty and powerful. Two angels is also non-ideal but not as bad as the sharks. One angel would be fine as long as the tank is over 18 inches tall. When the angels grow up (I hope your sick guy gets better), the might well start snacking on guppys.
