during the last 2 days the Electrity pole Crashed on the property and will be down for a few days...What do I dofor Immediate remedy ??
I guess I will move the tank here as planned
As before i was moving it in 2 weeks or so
I have a 55 gallon ....also i have asked on transporting the fish aswell any help is great ..ill be waiting for replys thanks Cheri

You could purchase a battery powered air pump.

Do small water changes a few times a day with warm water, buy a battery operated air pump.

Hasn't all this recent rain and wind SUCKED?! A tree fell on my dad's truck, earlier that day my dad told me to put my car where his truck was and I refused. I'm not putting my 1996 Impala SS in the area where a dead 50 foot tall tree that is my neghbors could fall. Anyways, good luck with it!

You could also wrap a blanket around the tank which will help reduce heat loss. Also, does your filter have an area where the air pump can plug into it? If so this may also help keep the filter bacteria alive if you purchased a battery powered air pump.

i guess weve decided to move the tank here as planned ....just not in prepared for it at this time

Ok Golfish Bowl The tank is in a different town than where I live
No Laptop or Batteries


I went to the lfs and borrowed some fish bags and a styrafoam coller box to mave them in .
I also bought a battery powered air pump
Went to the house and let the airator run for almost an hour while i prepped for the transport
took 9 buckets lined with new trash bags and saved all the water possible.(all but 2 inches)
Drove the everything back to my house and quickly set back up.I floated the bags and got all the Live Plants ready to be back in there home

Its been an hour or so since theyve arrived and seem to be stress free and aclamaiting well
( no funny swimming or leaning at all )


My questions so far are

When should i do my first water change(different town water here than water in tank)

And when should i feed them?
