Help Understanding Two Filters

Got the all clear for a trip to the lfs on sat...... lets see what I come back with!

If I did go with a Fluval 405 i.e. 1300 lph would I get away with having

1 x Chocolate Zebra Plec
2 x Ancistrus
7 x Blue king tetra
6 x Cherry barbs
12 x Cardinal Tetra
2 x 3 spot Gourami's

or would this be too much for a 180l tank?
