Hi all i was hoping someone could help me. Last week i was having a problem in my tank and lost a swordtail (pregnant) 2 rainbow sharks a female rainbow boa and now almost my tire track. The fish where acting funny swimming around like they were inebriated and smacking into things and it was like they were having a seizure. So i treated them for fungus (fungus guard 2 by jungle) and i made a quaritine tank. All of those fish died exept for my eel. The eel will lay on its back puffing hard and the was a few cases that he wasnt breathing and lost all color. I go to pull him out of the tank and he would choke up sand and the color comes back but still puffs hard. all my readings are perfect for my eel to live in please someone help me thank you
Ok now i noticed something new he has gold spotches on the outside of his gills and i just brought him back to life 4 times he will go into a seizure state turn completely pale and stop breathing i bob him in and out of the water and he breaths again and swims around for a while please someone help i've had him for 2 months now and just started to hand feed him but now he wont eat at all ive had him in the 29 gal tank for the 2 months and then put him in my 60 and he is still doing it
Ok i put him in a not even a 1 gal bucket with a air stone and now he seems to be doing fine
