Help Strange Betta Is It Normal?

Hi

My betta is just laying on his plant tonight complealy still as if hes in trance he wont move for food or tapping or anything is this normal?
hes gills are moving and his colours fine

quite common for them to do this, basically its just ignoring you and in a relaxed state, if you have had a tendency to glass tap (which you shouldnt) they do get used to it and dont react after a while.
if the colour is ok and there are no stress lines then he will be ok, try a water change as some bettas tend to come to life again once in fresh water
