Is the tank cycled because if so nitrates wouldn't be 0. If it's not cycled then you've got much bigger problems coming!

SORRY I WAS MENT TO PUT 40 IN THERE IM PANICKING! IT IS WELL CYCLED ITS BEEN SET UP SINCE DECEMBER NOT 1 PROBLEM. I DONE A FISHLESS CYCLE.

ok.. well do the clown loaches tails look like fin rot? Otherwise it is probably a result of bullying... maybe the sharks are nipping their tails? Also the sore on the molly's mouth may be from being bitten.

You could try using melafix (tea tree oil) if you think that it is the result of bullying, this will help healing and should reduce chances of infection.

I think that probably your sharks are unsuitable for the tank and so may become aggressive if the tank is too small... what type of sharks are they?

Disease Type: Bacterial (gram negative organism)
Organism: Aeromonas, Psuedomonas, or Vibrio

Description: Fin rot is one of the most common, and most preventable, diseases in aquarium fish. It is caused by several types of bacteria, and often occurs concurrently with other diseases. It can usually be cured, but if left untreated, it can kill the diseased fish and infect all the others in the tank.
Symptoms:

Fin edges turn white

Fins fray

Bases of fins enflamed

Entire fin may rot away

The fins begin to fray and get ragged, becoming shorter over time. Usually the edges look white, and may even develop a fuzzy growth due to secondary Cotton Wool infection. A the disease advances the area may become red an inflamed, with bloody patches appearing as more of the fin is eaten away.

Sound like that? If not i'd probably go with them being bullied... the sharks may still be nippy at 3".

As for your molly if it is red NOT white and fluffy then it is more than likely to be a bite, these become infected easily and can kill but melafix should help as will an anti bacterial so if you're treating for fin rot it will help the molly as well. If you do think it's fin rot you may want to consider if there's anything that may have caused it.

Also if it happened just while you were out it is unlikely to be finrot as fin rot would take a lot longer than that to rot away the entire fin.

my girlfiend has just told me that 1 of my kissing gourami, is chasing everything. it must be that.

Hi,

I'm afraid your tank is dangerously overstocked with completely unsuitable fish for that size of tank. If you think you have problems now they're only going to get worse. The clown's have been nipped, it's not fin rot and the gourami's are the most likely culprits. That aside, the clowns, the silver sharks and the plec are FAR too big for that tank, they all need at LEAST a 55 gallon tank, your's is only 26 gallon. A nitrate reading of 40 is getting to the 'needs attention' zone, depending on what your tap water reads. I would suggest you rehome the sharks, the clowns and the pleco asap. I can't stress enough how overstocked you are, this isn't a case of regular water changes and everything will be fine, it won't, you really need to lose those big fish. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
