Long time no post, sad that this is the occasion I need to post for.
My little ranchus are sick and seem to be getting worse by the day, any help would be appreciated.

We bought the watersprite on sunday, september 27th. Noticed symptoms on monday october 5th after their water change. Added paraguard on tuesday evening october 6th.

Tank size: 29 Gallons (109l)
pH: 7.6
High pH: 7.4?
ammonia: 0ppm
nitrite: 0ppm
nitrate: ~30ppm? (Darker than 20ppm but doesn't seem as dark as 40ppm)
kH: Can test if needed
gH: Can test if needed
tank temp: ~84F (28C) -- For current issue

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Bottom sitting near filter intake but will zoom around to eat food, tails and part of body covered in ich (white dots like grains of sand), red streaks on tail and parts of body, especially on the white ranchu. Orange ranchu seems to have raised scales.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 75% every week

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Prime dechlorinator

Tank inhabitants: 2 Ranchu Goldfish

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): One stem of water sprite from LFS

Exposure to chemicals: ParaGuard (for current issue, not usually in there)

Digital photo (include if possible): Says files are too big to upload, will post videos though.

October 5th, the day symptoms were first noticed

October 8th, noticed red was starting to get worse on the white ranchu

October 9th, today, red has gotten a lot worse and seems to be on the orange ranchu although its hard to tell.
Orange ranchu seems to have raised scales but not sure if it was really captured in the video.

That definitely looks like ich, and the other part looks like a bacterial infection. If Paraguard isn't taking care of it, try switching to Maracyn and/or Malachite Green.

Thanks for responding! ParaGuard already has malachite green in it though?

Something I did forget to mention, I'm not following the instructions exactly for it.
"In the aquarium, use 5 mL (1 capful) to every 40 L (10 gallons*). Repeat daily as required as long as fish show no stress. For 1 hour dips, use 3 mL per 4 L (1 gallon*). Dips may be extended if fish show no evidence of stress."

I only dosed the once on tuesday night, since I know medications can be really hard on fish.
I don't know if their symptoms getting worse counts as stress or not so perhaps it's good that I havn't been doing that.

I'm not sure if I should start dosing more often..or do a large water change to get it out and do dips with Rid-Ich Plus.
It's another med we bought that was suggested to use as dips and not dosing the tank due to how strong it is and that it stains, and only for very affected fish..which they certainly seem to be.

I wish I were more familiar with treating sick fish but I'm not, really appreciate the help.

Paraguard is perfectly fine to use everyday. As a matter of fact, you HAVE to use it every day. It breaks down very quickly, so by the time you dose again 24 hours later, you're dosing a clean tank anyway. That's part of why it's such a safe medication, and claims not to mess with your filter. It just breaks down so easily and quickly. So definitely start that back up, and keep dosing until the symptoms are gone - and then add a few more days like we humans have to do with antibiotics.
