Help! Shrimp Eating Tetra

Should i get rid of my shrimp? It's really taking the biscuit now. The tetras look all healthy aswell!

Tank size: 15 gallon. 8X neon tetra (was 9), guppy, 3 panda cories, shrimp, 2 molly

they just called it a "freshwater shrimp" at the shop i got it from. Looks like it might be an amano shrimp. Clear body about 5cm long

im no expert but are you sure the fish didnt die then fall to the shrimp? amano, as far as i know. are best known as alge eaters!! think their hunting skills may not be up to catching and killing a fish. if im wrong be sure i will be corrected! lol

Does the shrimp have big claws?
Check the 'i have evil shrimp' post in the invertibrates section, see if your shrimp is similar

Turns out these shrimp jump from plants and kill the fish. Heard of quite a few people getting these recently
