Help! Red Rainbow Fish Just Changed Colour

Hi all,
i've had my red rainbow for about 2 months now and its colour was a strong red.
but these last 3 days its has been getting whiter and just today its pale/light orange with a blue line coming above his head down to his dorsal fin

he seems to eat fine, swim fine and act fine, and all my other fishes are fine as well.

should i be worried?

I'm not an expert on rainbow fish, but a dramatic colour change like that can, in other species, be a sign of stress.

Hi, i have 3 Boesemani Rainbow fish and i have noticed the same sort of activity, but i think it normal for rainbow fish to change colour quickly. My male Rainbow fish can be bright colours when i first turn my light on, appartently Rainbow fish really love sunlight it is when their best colours show. Hope this answer your question abit.
