my cichlids (pelmatochromis kribensis)had babys in my tank and the babys are swimming around with the
parents what should i do iam afraid the biger fish might eat the babys and i dont want to seperate them from their mother without some help some1 please help fast

thanks would the parents eat the babys when i transfare them or would they die of fright

Never kept kribs, but according to that link you leave the youngster with the parents, till the parents lose interest.

they are just born and i know very little about them

the parents are protecting them now and their is a lot of hideing places in the tank so will i leave them their

Hi Shady, you might want to add some fake or real plants for the fry to hide in.

What I do is take out the fry when they are free swimming. Some people will leave the fry with the parents. In most cases the fry grow faster with their parents.
