hello there, this is my first time of keeping fish and i would like to keep peacock cichlids, however, i have heard that they are a lot of work and i was wondering if they are too much for a beginer? also, a couple of questions, i have read that you are ment to isolate a pregnant female peacock a few days before she spits out her fry, but i am only getting one community tank so is it ok to leave her in the community tank? one more thing, is keeping plants with peacocks a good idea, or do they uproot them? help is much appreciated.
