Help Please

My friend is getting very worried about his fish.i posted up b4 about feeding his ruby shark and glass catfish.he has tried waiting until lights out and feeding them and they still show know interest.he is feeding them pellets and flakes,they dont go near either.what should he do ??

try some live food such as brine shrimp or blood worm.

also has he done a water test?
not feeding can also be a symptom of many fish diseases, how long has he had the fish?

try to keep the water peramiters right and the fish should be ok
