Help Please! Sick Gouramis?

I need your help please! One of our moonlight gouramis has started to turn orange on his underside (I am sure he is male as he has a long top fin). I want to know if he is sick - he is eating as normal and acting normal just turning a shade of orange!!

Any advice/help would be appreciated.

He's fine but I'm just curious as to whether you actualy mean a moonlight (Trichogaster microlepis) or a pearl (Trichogaster leeri) gourami (I think some people call them moonlights)...?
