hi i'm relatively new to fish keeping but need some help on a problem with a female red wagtail platy i own

there is a raised spot on the top of the platies head which i cant find information on. the platy is behaving normally and eating fine, as are all other fish in the tank (none of which have a simarlar spot). The spot is kinda yellow or whiteish, raised and about 1 - 1.5mm in diameter.

just thought somebody here might b able to identify a problem, mayb its an injury? or ICH (which it dusnt look like) or some kind of parasite, just looking for help on what i can do

any help would b greatly appreciated, thanks

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Any signs of flicking and rubbing, laboured breathing, excess mucas, darting.
Does the yellow spot have any redness to the spot.
Does the spots look like its filled with fluid.
Turn tank lights out and shine a torch on all fish and look for golden yellow spots, golden colourend dusting on fish, or a rusty coloured varnish.
