Help Needed

ok so i have a heathly planted tank im currently just using gravel fine stuff and co2 system its the liqued one jbl. will plants do bettter if i take everything out of tank and put some plant ferts down then gravel back in or cat litter down then gravel back in???

plus will my fish be ok in a tub for a while or can i just leave in tank as there are a lot of fish

Just get fertilizer tabs and shove then into the gravel. You may have to do it every few months, but there is no need to remove the gravel, that would just be a big mess and I'm sure quite a headache.
