I hope someone can help with this poor guy he seems fine but his lip is very red and becoming more swollen, any help will be much appreciated

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Red swelling to his lip on one side. 1st noticed on Friday it was very small now it is double the size. He's acting fine and eating well
Volume and Frequency of water changes:40 litres once a week

Tank inhabitants:2xbolivian rams, 8 neon tetra, 6 cherry barb, 5 danio, 4 albino cory, 4 amano shrimp, 1 bristlenose plec, 1 female blue dwarf gourami, 5 black widow tetra,

Exposure to chemicals: pressurised co2
