Help! Need To Know How Big Of A Tank I Need!

Um, betta, what? If you have the cash, time, and space, get the bigger tank. Easier to maintain, more choices with fish (and ability for higher stocking levels), plus it's just plain cool.

That, and snails aren't always the right choice for some tanks, especially mixing certain ones with plants...

A 100 gallonm tank is your best bet. Bigger is better ( no pun intended). The deal with Discus is, they do like a higher temp. They do well in 82 degree F water. So do all the fish you listed. Especially angels, as they can tolerate temps in the low 90's. As a "clean up crew", corries are a GREAT option. They school, look nice, like high temps, and get along with all your fish listed.

With the neon's, I would shoot for Cardinal Tetra's. They are bigger in size than neon's. If you buy the angels and discus at a small size, you should experience any problems. It is found that if the angels and discus grow up with their tank mates, theya re less likely to try and beat up/eat them.

DONT go spending your money on a 100 gallon tank get a tank between 50 and 70 gallons, and to keep the tank clean get LOTS of live plants, snails, and shrimp!
P.S. i would love a tank like that! But i would have no where to put it.......... :(

If the OP got even a 70 gal tank it wouldn't be big enough for the fish they have listed

Has no one else thought about suggesting the original poster split the stock between two tanks if possible?

Please correct me if I'm wrong but...

Something such as a 50gal for the discus and perhaps one pair of rams.
And then something similar at 50gal for the rest of the community.
