Help My Sff Is In Trouble

oh bless him i have no idea what it is but hes floating about,swimming from time to time, hes actually my little girls fish- he lives in a Dora the explorer tank with 2 baby platys ( its about 20litres i think)
its filtered and heated and all the tests are as usuall fine
ammonia0 nitrite 0 nitrate 10 Ph 6.8

i have other Betta living in other tanks with the same stats, but god help me if she gets up in the morning and the fish is no more..shes only 5 and will break her heart,shes so proud of her tank.
he was absolutely perfect earlier on this evening so i have no idea what has happened, the baby platys are also fine (they are about 2cm each)

any help would be gratefully received

hi, yes everything is as normal,(76) hes not looking good at all

How long have you had him? Alot of shop bought Bettas can be older than we think so it may be that he's slowing down now. The other possibility is that it's internal. Do you have any anti bac?

he died this afternoon, there were no marks of any kind on hi, he was flared tho, we had him about 5 weeks, and goodness knows how old he was, my daughter is so so upset

awww poor thing. Buy her a new betta from one of the breeders on here, that way you will get a good quality baby. I am sure the thought of a baby fish will soon cheer her up
