Help My oscar is Dieing

With having the whitespot on his eye has he been flicking and rubbing on objects, any heavy or laboured breathing than normal, with the temp going down can fetch parasites on,does he look bloated, also finrot sometimes can be a secondary infection.

No. No flicking or rubbing. It's more like fungal actually. I've treated him for it before with melafix.

It likely is a secondary thing probably from getting weak due to not eating. Temp hasn't gone down any I just raised it a bit when I added the salt.

Some days it looks like heavy breathing. Some days he breates with one side(only see the gills and gill plate moving on one side)

No he doesn't look bloated at all.

He could have picked up a bacterial infection. My own kribs had this and they just couldnt eat, they would try and chew but would spit it out again. I lost 3 of my 5 kribs to it. it looked like bacterial kidney disease with my fish. i treated with a med for the water and did loads of water changes to keep the water clean. I fed them medicated food and eventually two of them started to eat it and got over it.
i dont know if this is whats wrong with your oscar but it sounds familiar with my fish.
the end of the disease had popeye and emaciation, hope your oscar gets through it.
