Its been like this for about 3-4 days now. I think it is because the other female died. But anyway, her tail fin has mostly been chewed off, and my male guppy is always chasing her around. But the other female I had before was killed by the male from like over breeding her. The male would always harass her, but the other one he didn't bother. I'd been meaning to buy another female, but haven't gotten around to it. but her fins are like litterally all torn and spiky. She was really pretty when I bought her, a red tail and fins with black specks, but now all her color has been drained. and her once gray body, is now all pale!!! Please help! I put some melafix in last night but I'm not sure if she'll make it til tomorrow! And I don't have a spare tank. The only one I have has 3 month old fry in them, and its only a gallon. And she is not eating as much as she was, and to op it off, she's also pregnant with my males fry, which I want really bad cause the male is georgous!!! But I really dont care about the fry, I just want my fishy to live! Pleaseee help! D=

You can try building a tank separator to keep the male on one side of the tank away from the female to give her a chance to heal. Depending on the size of the tank, you can get the supplies fairly cheaply at a craftstore...basically just need some of that plastic mesh people use for decorative stitch work. May be more difficult to keep in place if it's a larger tank though.

Also try to make sure that the water quality is top notch, since she'll be much more prone to infection when stressed like that.
