help plz my bristlenose plece is just laying on the sand and breathing heavily he is upside down and making noatempt to right himself he has recently turned black and he is latting me touch him a nd realy isnt botherd about it what is goin rong!!!! plz help me

what other fish have you got and what size tank.

any marks or sores on its body and fins?

Sounds like its going to snuff it....to be blunt..

Before posting im sure you followed te correct procedure and just forgot to post your water stats. Please update us with them.

he has righted him self and is swiming but has just turned over again there r no marks or sores the tank is 50cmsx30cmsx30cms

how old is he? What other fish are in the tank?

i have rams neons corries and khulie loachs and they r fine soz about spelling

is he floating up? or just on his back at the bottom?

at the bottom every now and then he perks into life and then he flops onto the floor and lays there its annoying

it's not uncommon for Bristlenose to change colour.

Sorry I can't help you with flopping upside down. All I can think of swim bladder infection but I would have thought the fish would then be at the top of the tank.
