i have not heard of aros needing 30" deep tanks before

If its 30 wide and 2 tall, then you could get rays!!!!

Aros dont need 30" deep tanks though, so you could have one...

Aros should really have 30 inches front to back (often referred to depth as opposed tot he other dimensions of length/width and height).

Don;t really want a fish that is 2 foot (or just under) living in a tank 2 foot front to back. Not a lot of room.
