Help Me Save My Fish Please!

My molly fry which are now 1 1/2 inches with full colour and a gonopodium has half ate, his fins and broken up, his mouth is been separated apart, his eye is missing, my dwarf gourami had him in his mouth shaking him, I managed to get it out, its breathing but cant swim or stay upright, is there anyway to save it or should I euthanaze it?

Is it still alive? If so I would euthatnize it and get rid of the DG if you have any more fish of that size
