Help Me Choose My Pair!

So, I've officially decided to try my hand at breeding bettas over the summer. I'm pretty certain am going to try to breed Pescado and I've narrowed it down to two girls. So, just want opinions on what you think of these guys and what you think the offspring will be like

Pescado (Hopefull daddy!)

Girl 1: I'm maybe leaning towards her. She is much smaller than the other girl but I like her coloring a little more. I also like her cute little mustache...lol

Girl 1:Much larger and much more fiesty

Any comments are welcome, even if you think I should find new ones altogether . Thanks!

The 1st female is closer in color, but the second female has much nicer finnage, so I'd go with the second female.

oh boy thats a hard choice, well Id try the first girl, then perhaps the other girl later, or use the second if the first girl and your boy dont get along.

I'd get both, just in case he doesn't get on with one of them...but I'd try the 2nd first. She has better finnage and a better body shape, IMO.

finnage and body shape great, but how much smaller is the first too the male?
if too small he will kill her

i think the second would produce better bred fry IMO...but at the ensd of the day it's your choice, they're both gorgeous fish!

I actualy have both of these girls along with 3 others in a community tank right now. The first girl isn't too much smaller than the boy, it's more that the second one is so big! I think I may try the second one (I feel bad they are nameless at the moment!) I like the first better for her colors, but I think body shape/fins would be more important to work on, but we'll see! Got 6 weeks to decide and I'm out of school .

if the female is much bigger than the male he won't be able to wrap her properly. i'd go for the first girl she a lovely little thing
