Help! Male Guppy Harrasing Other Male

Hi, I have a two male guppies in my 20gal tank. One of the males keep harrasing the other one by nipping at the rear of its body but nowhere else on it. the other guppy has no damage on it but its starting to get annoying now. anyone got any ideas why? or what he is doing? would adding females help?

I know this sounds silly,but are you sure they're both males?

Yes definatly both males. after doing some googling it seem that it could be trying to mate with the other male due to lack of females?

this is very common, either add more males to distract them between several fish, or add females if you think your manage the fry

Added females and problem solved, the previously harassed male is now happy looking but doesnt harass the females whilst the other one constantly harrasses them lol
