Help! Losing Eyes!

HELP ME PLEEEEASE??!!!

I have just come home to find 2 of my white cloud mountain minnow without their left eyes!

I don't know if this has happened today, or I just haven't noticed.

I have 8 of them, 8 cardinals, 6 guppies, 3 clowns, 3 otocynclus, and 2 sailfin mollies.

Is there a disease that can cause this? (I've just lost a guppy to finrot, but have controlled it on another) Or are they being attacked by other fish (mollies are boysterous), or getting themselves in bother?

Any ideas folks?

How many gallons is the tank.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Some fish will suck fish eyes out like plecs.
