Help Is This Dropsy

hi everyone i have a guppy that i thought was pregnant and i did find a fry but not sure if it came from her but now her scales have spiked out is this dropsy i hope u can see from the pic

Sorry to hear that. One of mine has dropsy at the moment and i used the said treatment above. Hes looking alot better after two days.

yeah think she was too far gone and now this morning i lost an albino corydora anyone think this is same problem that killed both or any idea why
