Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the hobby, and have a bit of a problem that i hope you can help me with.
I have a 16 gallon tank with all live planets, a few frogs and Cardinal tetra's
Recently i had an outbreak of Ich, in the morning when i went to work the fish where OK, when i came home about 6 hours later they had a very bad Ich outbreak, all of them where covered in white spots, when i went to the pet store they advised me on what product to purchase and dosing. I followed the directions to the letter.
However I later learned that I was only supposed to do a half dose of the medication and my fish might die b\c of the over dose. Sure enough over the past 4 days 12/13 of my cardinals have died, leaving me only one fish in the tank.
So here is my question; do i get a few more fish (2-3) to put in the tank so that the last fish will have a school? Or should i just count him as living on borrowed time; and let the tank sit and run for a week or two before adding more fish.
Thanks
-Steve
