Help! I Think One Of My Fish Has Ick!

We started a tank a week ago, and my one black fish has 2 little dots on his tail and 2 on his back, his face looks silver and weird too. All the other fish look fine! I tried taking a picture but he's too fast!
If he has ick, can I take him out and return him to the pet store? Or will my whole tank be affected

Really worried now!

First things first, we need some basic information to help you
Size of tank:
Inhabitants:
Is the tank cycled? i'm assuming since you bought the tank 2 weeks ago it is not properly cycled.
Filters:
Water Stats: This is if you have a test kit, which if you do not you should go get one at your earliest convenience. API Liquid test kit is the way to go.

Does the black fish look like someone sprinkled salt on him? If so you should raise your tank water temperature to 84-86 Degrees. Also if you have aquarium salt it will be good to add a little bit as long as your other fish do not have issues with salt in the tank. Daily water changes should also be done at 25%

Oh and do not return the fish, the LFS doesn't want a sick fish just as much as you don't. Treat the disease and you should be fine. Ich is relatively easy to cure.
