Help I Think One Of My Fish Are Pregnant

i wonder can any one help me , im new to keeping fish so i dont know what to do.
i have no idea what type of fish it is ,but i think its pregnant .
Q1. How can i tell if it is?
Q2. what do i do if it is?
hopefully someone here can help me i dont wnat anything to happen to them, thanks alot.

Here is a picture of my fish , it stays at the bottom of the tank, only swimming up to feed.
It has a black shading in the lower abdominal area.
all fins are perfect and there is no white spot present.

You can usually tell because the fish will look bigger on each side if you look at it from a top point of view. If it is make sure you have lots of fake plants and rocks for the fry to hide in to avoid getting eaten.
