I've had my Polleni, for around 6 months now, he used to be quite aggressive, like if you came up to the glass he would shake his tail and get angry. But for around 2-3 weeks he's been hiding a lot under the plants and behind things, he even changes colour from jet black with blue spots to almost white! He's not been eating his normal pellet food so I thought I'd give him some river shrimp and he's eaten those,which is good, however he's still looking depressed- I'm quite worried about him I don't want to lose him. I also have a Electric Yellow Lab which I believe has been nipping at his fins, he is a lot smaller than my polleni, but I'm not sure if this is the reason he's getting so down? I'm very worried and not too sure what to do. Is it normal for them to change colour? He used to rule the tank almost but now he just hides away in the corner, I just want him to be lively and happy like he was. Can any one give me some advice please?
