Help I Noticed Tiny2mmm Long Thin Worms

i have had my tropical tank for a year and last night noticed tiny 1-2mm thin wormy things what are they and how do i get rid of them : my fish have been acting a bit strange for a week ficking around and rubbing against gravel i have guppies bettas tetra algae eater white minow and a zebra snail

Its Planaria (white worms)... .

Clean Your Aquarium. you should clean your gravel with a Gravel Washer. its good info on it.... Planaria
