Help I Noticed Tiny2mmm Long Thin Worms

shout: i have had my tropical tank for a year and last night noticed tiny 1-2mm thin wormy things what are they and how do i get rid of them : my fish have been acting a bit strange for a week ficking around and rubbing against gravel i have guppies bettas tetra algae eater white minow and a zebra snail

Never mind, I was wrong, I saw your second post and the reply that said they are white worms and not parasites. I thought you meant they were on the fish.
