im new to fish keeping and having some trouble . i have a fluval roma 200 and its been set up for about 3 months but i have notice inside the tank at the top on the casing of the lid i have olds of tiny bugs jumping and running around i have tried to clean them off but they just keep coming back and i dnt no how to get rid of them . has anybody got any advice please .

They are most likely copepods which are tiny, harmless creatures that live in fish tanks. They are actually harmless and many fish will eat them. They can be a sign of overfeeding but most people welcome their presence as it can be said that they are a sign of a healthy ecosystem. So don't do anything to get rid of them. If you're worried that you're overfeeding your fish, just cut back a bit.

May also be springtails. Either way, harmless.

I have little tiny black bugs in my tank especially on the lid, i think they're feeding on spare food! Anyhow, they seem to be doing NO harm so it's not a worry :)
