Help, I Have An Angelfish With Swim Bladder

Just discovered one of my angelfish with swim bladder. My nitrates are high, so I'm in the the process of doing a big water change and adding water de-conditioner. I have the fish in shallow water in the breeder box and increased the temperature. I've read mixed reviews about getting him better, I would love your opinions and thoughts.

aah thats a shame, swim bladder disease is often uncurable so maybe its for the best
