hi, i found a single white fry about a week ago, thought it was from my dalmation molly, but it wasn't. now i have found anutha one, its smaller than the previous one, but i have no idea who gave birth to it. i have 3 dalmation molly and one white one, all female. Any help??

they will be from your mollys for definate.

i wd get a breeding trap and keep them in there until big enough to keep in tank
 
What other fish are you keeping?
As all fish including livebearers will eat the fry.

If well feed though u can rear most livebeater with the parents, but not with other fish as they will just be lunch most of the time.
Placing the fry in a breeding/rearing trap is fine as it gives them a safe location where u can feed them crushed flake foods.

All types of mollies will easily cross breed so u may have 1 type but resualt with almost anything in the fry as it's so easy for them.

Can i ask. . . . . . if all the fry from livebears get constanlty eaten will the fish give up and not breed anymore?

I have never seen a livebearer discouraged by losing all its fry. I don't think the average livebearer can even connect the act with the result in its mind.
 
They have no comprehension of this, but if they get over crowded they are more likely to eat their young though.
