Help! I Don't Know What's Wrong With My Fish!?! I

Hey,
I've had my fish for about a month, i'm new to keeping fish. I have a panda corycat, an albino corycat, a normal platy, an electric yellow cichlid, and an electric blue cichlid. Well I changed the water once, 20% of it and used water conditioner and implemented the fish in as website said to. It's only a 20 gallon tank and I watch the temperature closely. Well, my fish started scraping sideways against the bottom of the tank. One of my fish, the albino corycat, lost one of his eyes. It looks like the albinos, panda, and platys gills are red. The albino is being lethargic now and just sitting there. The cichlids do like a yawning thing to. Also, inside of the albino and platy, i can see what looks like tiny tiny black pebbles. What do you think is wrong with them?! I have a filter and an airstone in there and whatnot. I dont know whats wrong?! The cory's are way less active than they used to be.

Thanks for your help! Oh yeah, i researched online and it looks like its gill flukes, but i dont know .

anyone? I tested water and ammonia, nitrate, and nitrites are all normal.

Red gills can be bad water quality to gill flukes.
Can you post your water stats please.

you say you added water condition which is probably Cycle.

Did you add dechlorinator?
