i just bought this but not sure what it is can u tell me some thing about it?

its yellow with 2 whits stripes going along the side of him with deep red eyes like a oscar.

looks like an african. really really hard to tell by the pic. maybe psuedotropheus socolofi??? any chance of a clearer pic?

my cam. wont take close clear pics as u can tell?
but no thats not it its like a light yellow with 2 white stripes and rblood red eyes like a oscar

could be a young female yellow lab,............................?

if there horizontal stripes i would say its one of the melanochromis species but without a better pic it could be anything also red eyes would suggest an albino which would narrow it down to just a few species common species or it could be a very unusual specimen

damn ur good thats right on the spot is that ok with yellow labs or is it the more aggressive ones?

I really dont know what to suggest, normally i would say remove them as they are the most aggressive cichlid you could have put in your tank but then again i have never seen albino auratus so may be persevere but if you do keep them then yellow labs would be a good tank mate.

dont forget these fish can be killers !
