Help From The Cichlid Expert

Is this a cichlid? the LFS said it was a red devil, but it is not acting red devilish...

I am asking for an expert consult from this group.
I am a newbie (I guess it's obvious) and some in that forum have said it is some sort of cichlid

Im by no way an expert but i'd guess at been a type of mumba, possilby albino zebra?
i'l keep an eye on this post out of curiousity, sorry i couldnt help as such!!!

what do you mean by zebra look? is that another type of cichlid or is that a coloration or marking of a red devil?

thanks, your fish does look similar to mine but it seems to have red markings on its gills, which isn't in mine.

You are right I went to the lfs and saw my fish under the label:

red zebra cichlid
