I recently placed a very small glass bowl filled with colored pebbles & planted wih aquarium plants into my to seperate aquarium on with Gold & Karps & other with Parrots & sharks. But in both cases these fish are chewing or nipping at plants & made the aquarium sort of dirty with plant remains & so on.Why is it so & what to do.How if any to plant a aquarium plant in gravel in aquarium as it comes out of gravel or fish loosens it up.

Both carp and cichlids will rip up plants, there is nothing you can do about it :/

Can I Put it in bowl & place outside aquarium. If yes where will it get it nourishments.

So I should I remove them from aquarium?Someone told me it is cause fish are clacium deficient

You can put the bowl outside the aquarium. The plants might grow just with sunlight and clean water (change it once a week), but some other types might need a fertilizer.

Calcium deficiency wouldn't make the fish eat plants, I don't think. You could try giving the fish some peas (with the outside skin taken off) to eat.

I give fish the peas. So  there are no plants for these kind of fish

You could try Java fern or anubias (they both need tying to rocks or wood), but generally no, with these sorts of fish you either have fake plants or keep buying new ones to replace the ones the fish have torn up.
