Hi all,
So I have been trying to do some research to find some good advice but sometimes its just best to ask so here it goes. I currently have a fluval roma 125 with its lighting that it comes with (One Power-Glo Fluorescent Aquarium Tube 20W 24in T8 and One Aqua-Glo Fluorescent Aquarium Tube 20W (24in) T8), a heater and a fluval u3 filter. My current stock is 6 glowlight tetras and a german blue ram. I am having problems getting my plants to stay alive, I have attempted a few times to get them to stay alive but to no avail.
I have mainly tried with twisted vallis a few times but they keep turning brown, yellow and then just dying. I have also attempted amazon swords but they died quite easily too. Any tips on what plants to go for in a low tech setup or help on what I have already tried would be much appreciated. I shall text my water later on and try to upload a pic as well to explain things better!
I would ideally not like to have to do too much to keep my plants alive, cut them from time to time but not too much else if possible. Any suggestions on what to do/help would be awesome
