Help Feeding Fish - Portion Size - 5 Week Old Platies ?

Hi All,

My platies are now eating YEY. 8 BABY PLATIES( 5 weeks old)

Only concern ive got is feeding. They are around 5 week now i believe.

I just dont know how much to put in the tank.

Im crushing 2 x 20p size flakes in the morning and thats been it for the last few days to build up their appetite.

But i feel its not enough. Can someone say exactly how much I should put in please as im worried they wont get enough to eat.

I use a kebob stick, dip the top (about 1 cm) into tank water, then dip that into their food (I am using TetraMini) and portion it that way (I feed about 25) that portion 3 times a day for the first couple months. As they pass 1 month I also feeding them slightly crushed flakes (since they are not alone in the tank) and they slowly take to eating that as well.
