Help! Betta Not Eatting!

About 5 days ago myself and a friends (who is staying a my here) went to get a betta's for our rooms at college. Mine is eatting fine but my friends is not. The first day or so it eat, now it just leaves the food.

We have tried Wardley - Betta food which are pellet and Nutrafin Max - Betta food which is a flake.

If anyone can help, please I would like your input.

Both tanks are desginer 2L tanks, both had conditioner put in them, gravel has been clean and the tank.

Do you have water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Does the tank have a filter and heater.

Does the betta look bloated.
Is the betta acting listless and lethagic.
is the betta laying on plants or resting at the bottom of the tank.
Does the betta look pale or darker in colour.
Is the betta gasping.

I would copy and paste this thread also over in the betta section of the forum.
