what dose it mean when angelfish shuffle there two bottom fin's because mine do it every once in a while(about 5-10 times a day)iis it fish lice, or high amonia levels or am i just being paranoied

the little whiskers?? I think it is normal you might need to check all of your water perimeters just to be safe... My pervuian does that sometimes...

Those fins are called ventrals;

It's normal, mine do it all the time.
