Help! Angela Have No Fins!

Please can some one help me? I have 1 large angel who is in no way aggressive and 4 smaller. Iv had the larger for over a year and the small for about a month. Today two of the small angels have lost there whole top fin and others have been nipped. I'm almost positive it isn't the large angel. However I have a blue acara and a Siamese fighter, could it be one of those???

Its prob the larger angel. Id take a seat and watch the tank until you see something.

I don't think it is. He keeps to himself and doesn't bother anything at all. He's been with a variety of different fish and never bothered. This is why I'm so confused as theory would say it would be him!

Ahhhhh think I may know who's doing it, I've got a male and a female pearl gourami pair, up until now they have been fine but think they may be spawning

Has he been in with other angels though? It could even be the smaller ones nipping each other. Like i said just watch the tank for a bit and youll soon see something. Can you split them if there badly damaged?
