Right, just thought I would say hi. I have kept all different kinds of fish and tanks with my partner over the last 4 years but have decided that one in particular I would like to do myself. I love bettas and have a small planted tank which I would like to make into a haven for the chosen one.

I pretty much know the basics of fish keeping but would like to learn more myself and gain some self confidence in doing stuff myself rather that my oh. I don't get much time to do fun stuff so won't get on here very often.

Hi, I'm hoping to go this way too, currently doing my homework on them, then hoping to get a special betta in a few months time!
This forum is full of helpful folk who have helped me a lot over the past few months, so enjoy!
